hope you don't do it the same way with your doctor "man i called him and sent him pictures, i even coughed in the phone but he still wanted to see me, just to tell me that i need to rest and get fine after a week" ...So, YT have gotten back to me after their inspection. They're saying this is the way it's meant to be, the axle is 'self centering', and apparently the bearings not 100% pressed in the way it should be. Funny then they couldn't tell me that via email and I had to send it in. Or it's bullshit. Anyway, I'm done with them.
sometimes they need to check what's the cause of the missallignement, probably it could've been an issue but they inspected it and didn't find any, so you're lucky to get your bike back without waiting for spareparts
