Has anyone tried a Megneg on their Slide/Skeen? I'm wondering if it would fit, from what I understand it's as big as some coils.
I had the same problem. The bearing was just pressed in and popped out after a parking lot bunny hop. This caused the rear triangle to disintegrate. Quite dangerous if this happens on a trail.I was just doing some maintenance and cleaning and noticed that the bearing at the drive side chainstay pivot point is loose in the frame. I can literally pop it in and out with my fingers. Even when the bolt is tightened the chainstay can still shift a bit, since the bearing isn't supported from both sides like most other bearings on the frame, and it's only held in by the press fit (which isn't a press fit anymore). Wrote Radon, we'll see what they say, i'm just curious if anyone had the same issue. I check my pivot bolts regularly, these never even came close to loosening, probably because there is such minimal rotation at this pivot.
