Hallo,
I'm looking for an e-bike for my girlfriend, she's interested in the Keskin brand ... does anyone have experience with their bikes or services?

Why do you ask in a mountainbike forum?
The bike is a typical trekking/city bike. Looks nice, seems to be rather cheap.

But which criteria are important for your girl friend?
Is a mechanic disc brake good enough?
Does she like the "back wheel drive" compared to front wheel or the "middle motor drive", which I would say is the most common standard drive today.
If she is not familiar with these questions, I´d strongly recommend to take her to a bike shop and find out practically.
As the corona market boom generally is over, there should be masses of good offers available. And reading here in the news from increasing financial problems of even big and well known companies, I personally would be careful to buy products from an obviously pretty small company, selling just 2 one-size-fits-all bikes, especially if guarantee and spare parts are an issue.
