Anthill Films beschreibt den Film so:

„NotBad“ ist das was passiert, wenn du ein paar der weltbesten Mountainbike-Filmemacher nimmst und sie zusammen mit den weltbesten Fahrern in einen Topf wirfst. Die ganze Mischung setzt man für 30 Tage bei Queenstown/Neuseeland ab und wartet ab, was passiert. Der 30-minütige Film bringt eine spaßige Note ins Mountainbiken, wo sich die Leute nicht allzu ernst nehmen. Zusammengefasst ist „Not Bad“ dazu gedacht, euch ein Lächeln aufs Gesicht zu zaubern und euch zu motivieren, eure Bikes zu schnappen und Radfahren zu gehen.

Nach der Online-Premiere wird es natürlich diverse Möglichkeiten geben, den Film zu sehen. Filmpremieren gibt es weltweit (wie kürzlich in Stuttgart), außerdem wird NotBad ab dem 29. Juli 2013 zum Download bei iTunes verfügbar sein. Eine kleine limited DVD+BluRay-Edition wird es außerdem kurz nach dem iTunes Release geben.

NotBad is the new short film from Anthill Films, the crew who brought you The Collective, Roam, Seasons, Follow Me, and Strength in Numbers. Starring Brandon Semenuk, Brook MacDonald, Brett Rheeder, Cam McCaul, Andrew Shandro, René Wildhaber and Ryan Howard. Channeling the vibe of early skate and snowboard films, NotBad is all about breaking mountain biking down to its truest essence – having fun on your bike.

Based in Queenstown, New Zealand, the crew and riders were able to access a huge diversity of locations, from epic alpine singletrack, to the dirt-jump heaven at the Gorge Road jumps, to building mind-bending stunts on the famous Frew Farm. Throw in an unlimited number of extra-curricular activities, a fully stocked mansion, plus five cameras rolling at all times, and the perfect conditions were in place to capture some good times.

NotBad will be available worldwide exclusively on iTunes starting July 29^th, 2013. Everyone is invited to check out the full 30-minute film by tuning in for the free online premiere starting at 10:00am PST to 11:59pm PST on July 29^th.  Non-profit screening events are taking place in select locations to help raise funds for the mountain bike community starting July 15^th.
