Hallo Miteinander,
"Dear Hashtagg Team,
I bought a BB30 V2 crankset on August 2016. From the first day the chain skipped, so I tried everything to find the failure. I changed chains three times, changed the chain tensioner, improved chain alignment, even changed the complete backwheel... but nothing worked. I talked to many riders, bike mechanics and engineers. Everyone was pointing to the freewheel. So I ordered a new freewheel and the problem was gone.
I turned back the broken freewheel via trialmarkt.de. The owner Jan said, that you only offered a discount on a new freewheel.
This is something I can not understand. I bought one of the most expensive cranksets on the market, that skipped from the first ride. I put very much effort to change everything around it just because I could not believe that a new bike part from Hashtagg is broken before I assemble it.
I would have expected a free exchange of the freewheel and I am really disappointed.
Can you confirm if this is the quality and service Hashtagg stands for?
Best regards,
Angelo"
"Dear Angelo,
Thanks for your e-mail.
Really sorry that you got a BB30 freewheel problem.
Every problem is solutionned through the country Hashtagg retailer.
So I understand your problem but you have to solve it with trialmarkt.de
I wish you a great week-end!
Best regards,
Dom Hermance."
