What it`s all about
Our brand management team is the driving force behind the vision, mission and strategy of our brands. You continually build and help to shape the perception of our bike brands like VOTEC and Probikeshop to meet business goals and the changing needs of our customers. You are identifying marketing tactics build on customer insights. You as a part of the cycling community find it easy to identify athletes, brands and other cooperation partners to create valuable relationships. You are in close exchange with our marketing teams about the brands to ensure we are viewed as a true leader and innovator in our targeted markets.
Your mission
Define, steer and develop the brand identity of our bike expert brands with a 360° point of view.
Monitor our brands in all touchpoints to our customers to ensure it remains consistent in how it is used.
Analyse market trends and customer insights to drive decision making.
Effectively use internal text and design resources and manage external agencies and freelancers to translate our brand identity into tangible assets
Partner with internal/external stakeholders and drive planning, concept and execution of innovative brand campaigns for our shops and private label brands (Offline Media, Social Media, CRM, instore, PR) as a part of a greater marketing plan.
Manage planning process, executing of photo as well as video content with external agencies and freelancers
Identify and establish relationships with athletes and partner brands to create brand value for our private label brands, shops or events
Work across all departments to establish efficient and integrated workflows with a focus on data-driven decision making

Qualifications
- You are an avid cyclist
- Very good knowledge of the whole bike market – athletes, brands, events, magazines etc.
- At least 3 years of experience within the area brand marketing / brand strategy
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies
- Good experience with content management systems (e.g. WordPress, Typo3)
- Good understanding of all marketing channels, online as well as offline
- You love good design and have an affinity for creative work
- Planning bigger projects ahead and keeping track is no challenge for you
- Good analytical skills partnered with a creative and detail-oriented mindset
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, Jira and Confluence
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English as well as good German skills
- Enjoy traveling frequently, e.g. between our office locations, attend fairs and events
