No, I only spoke with Canyon who told me 2-3 weeks then 6 weeks but after contacting Canyon through this forum, I have received the fork within the 3 week timeframe.

It was under warranty. But with enough complaining, they contacted SRAM & I should have my Pike next week. Schau ma mal

Canyon is at it again with the horrible customer service. I was told 2-3 weeks for a RS Pike service before I sent it in. After 2 weeks, they are saying it will now be 6+ weeks. Canyon is not to be trusted. Buy elsewhere! Use your LBS
